Tucker leaves the nest…

Tucker (Curtie) was introduced to his family last night. We were graciously greeted with flowers and wine. We got down on the ground and introduced the puppies and then the dogs and answered questions. His new mom and dad are reading books and preparing for a new puppy. Their phone was ringing as other family members were waiting for their arrival with the puppy. J Their grandkids and kids live in Oregon and after leaving us they were going there. He was to meet his new dog and extended family and I have a feeling Tucker hopefully played hard with the kids and his new dog and was “Tuckered out” that first night.
His forever home will be in Washington and he is already enrolled in puppy kindergarten.
Tucker was the first to leave the nest. Bosley and Sunny go later this week. Libby is just wiped out but true to form she has nursed them, mothered them and cared for them…in fact Tucker got one more shot at the milk bar before heading out.
Enjoy your family Tucker! Bring them lots of love and companionship…you will be missed as you’re a little animated happy soul… I know you will bring your new family lots of joy…
