The puppy play pen

The puppies are having a grand time in their moving from whelp box to puppy play pen! Exploring is the word along with starting to interact with each other and the things around them. This week marks a move from “sleep/eat” neonatal stage to being an itty bitty puppy and moving around and more exploring.
Louie was the first to venture off and leave the safety of mom as they had some outside time (in the living room). Then before we knew it off goes Huey and Dewey down the hall! Izzy as a first time mom tried to herd them back, but each was going in a separate direction!
Enjoy the photos! In a few weeks, they will be blurs as they start running with abandon!
