Oh Goodie! A Zia update!

Hi Vicky,
I think of you often, and compose emails in my mind. However, there always seems to be a lot on my to do list, and I never get around to writing. The kids kept thinking that Zia should do something for Belle for Mother’s Day, so it inspired me to get a quick not off to you. Zia is fabulous and a wonderful addition to our family. xxxhas taken on great responsibility with her and acts like another mother. She is so loving and caring. Zia was the focus of her science fair project where she compared three methods of training (using treats, labeling an action, and life rewards). The labeling an action one has actually been beneficial. Everytime Zia played with her toys, Abby would say, “Play with your toys.” We have used it a lot when we want to distract her. xxxis her missing litter-mates, and she is the little sibling he never had. They are great playmates, and when one is loud or barking, I often call the other’s name. xxxwas naturally more cautious around animals, but truly loves her.

PS What is the name or web-site for the little clippers to use around her eyes?
(Vicky’s note: we get the small clippers from petedge and wait for them to go on sale. The do about every 4 months and we get a couple. To my doodle owners, just email me and when they go on sale, I will snag some up and get some for you. If you can’t wait, I will find it for you).
