Liberty’s last litter was whelped last night, January 3rd. Sired by Chief by accident; a one mate deal produced one girl, two boys. Here are their first pictures and the names for the litter registration. Enjoy!
The first born and last girl of Libby’s direct line we have named Liberty’s Sunset, call name Sunny. She is dark red with a charming white mismark on her chest.
The next to be whelped was a boy, lighter red with a larger white mismark on his chest. He is the largest of the litter right now. We have named him Liberty’s Final Curtain Call, Curtie for short.
And Liberty’s final puppy was delivered was a boy, golden crème with a white mismark on his head and chest. We named him Liberty’s life of Abandon, Bandit for a call name.
All are doing well and gaining weight on the milk bar. No matter how many whelps we go through, there is always something that calls me to watch the puppies sleep and dream and grow at this age. I know, I have said it before, but wow, they grow so fast!
