Kona Bean’s Boy…a 10 year wait for the perfect dog…

Kona Bean; call name Kona left this week to join her forever family at the beach in Oregon. We have received several phone calls and messages but I want to be sure I can post them. I can tell you that the family reports Kona is settled into the pack and is loved by all. She has had only 1 potty accident and has been doing her business outside. She is walking on the leash taking to the lead instantly and also is watching TV with the family at night, her favorite is the Dog Whisper on public broadcasting although she tilts her head and barks back.
She has checked out perfectly with the vet and is scheduled to start basic training after the series of her shots. Max (name used by permission) still wants to sneak her into bed with him but the rule is she has to be fully house trained prior to this happening. Max has been waiting for 10 years to get his dog, and is reportedly performing all chores quickly as was the agreement in order to bring Kona into the home. Here to a happy family, boy and Kona!
