Curry becomes Sadie

After chatting for a while with this family and going through a puppy visit the family selected their new puppy Sadie. Sadie will make her home with two girls and mom and dad in the Portland area.
The girl in this picture did her research and also had to train her sister out of diapers before getting her puppy. I think by the smile her hard work was worth it?
She made sure that she visited with each puppy and even insisted her dad hold the puppies to experience them. Jeff and I were impressed on her knowledge of the grading scheme which many adults don’t get. She took her puppy visit very seriously. Her younger sister had flashing shoes that the puppies were attracted too. She took the high road from the puppies sharp puppy teeth.

Sadie’s family has been waiting for a while for her and I think she will be a wonderful first dog.
This litter also has Aiden/renamed Cooper and Mr. Big, name to still be decided as the first dogs for the children. 🙂 I love that. Really, a child never forgets their first dog.
