Bonnie and Clyde

Izzy’s litter has been named Bonnie and Clyde while they are here with us and until they have their final name from their forever family. We have a puppy available in this litter at this time.
Around this time the whelp will begin to open their eyes. This morning I recorded the puppies in the whelp box while Izzy went out to visit the lawn. No eyes open yet! But they have doubled in weight at 10 days old. They eat and sleep and grow. Their ears will open later but they do have little squeaky sounds.

Bonnie, the girl, I think is a Blue in color. Blue is a rare color, it is not black but the darkest brown that carries a blue tint.
Here is what a Blue looks like. 🙂 This is Blue (his name) from Izzy’s first litter:
There is a slight lavender tint to him, if you look close.
Clyde is either a blue, or very dark brown.
