Oh Goodie! A Barley update!

Barley (AKA Louie) arrived via plane to his forever home a week ago. He had a small layover in Texas before heading to Maryland. He joins a wonderful family that has been waiting for their puppy for sometime. As always, we love getting updates on our family and sharing with the siblings. Here is a partial snippet of how everyone is doing:

Barley and I are having a great time. He’s a real water dog,
he likes to stand in his water bowl. He’s doing fine with the crate.
He and I got 7 hours sleep last night. Everyone loves him. He was 7.4
lbs. this morning.His latest problem is with the dog that looks just like him that shows
up inside our oven and outside our sun room at night. I’m lecturing
him about reflections, but he does not seem to get it. He is also
experiencing his first East coast thunderstorm tonight. He’s not too
wild about that either.All the same, he’s a great dog and Debbie is envious that I’m spending
all the quality time so far.
