3 Weeks and development is above average…;)

Well, even though the Ducks lost, we still took it all in stride. The game made our heart race and still in the end, our Oregon Ducks  made us proud. Good jobs boys, you did Oregon proud!

Tonight we took pictures for our three week photos which can be found on our online photo gallery as well as our link to the current litter above.  I will add them on our blog later but I have partaked in wine tonight. 🙂 I could mislabel due to slight impairment. 🙂 But I did want to get them up for everyone. Last night we visited other doodles in our foster homes. We also visited Lucy, who is now Graycie and we will update those pictures later as well.

The litter is developing at above average, with all eyes and ears open and exploring a bit earlier than normal; but I expected nothing less from Belle’s last litter. I video taped them on their first “walk about” and some much earlier than normal show preference to people more than litter mates as well as a early indication of going to food. They are going to be a fun litter to watch. Belle was there the whole way and allowing Libby to come in and interact with them. Their world is opening up as they are investigating their nest and tonight the world outside their nest for the first time. I watch their noses work and their eyes connect with their legs as they explore the world. Amazing, no matter how often, to watch each of them turn into their own personality and litter. And so we watch the next wave of development as they go from “whelp” to puppies. That is the next few weeks and I am getting ahead of myself. But I see what is coming! Bravo Belle and Chief. Once again.
