Moving Day!

The rapidly growing puppies have now been moved to their “puppy play pen” and have taken to the doogie door cut out climbing in and out and exploring their new area. They are drinking (and walking in) water and we just last night introduced some additional puppy milk formula with a very small amount of baby rice which they walked through tasted, smacked their lips at the new texture on their tongues! Belle came in to finish off the pan and cleaned them up while they had their milk bar chaser. The milk / rice mixture is messy and sticky but the puppies enjoy it. Their nails have to be trimmed and their baby teeth are coming.
We took pictures which I will post this evening, as well as a video snippet of their first exploration in the living room on a blanket. They are still to young for romping and were not comfortable with the new wide open space but we try to expose them to slight stressors as they develop. I will start uploading that now, hopefully you can see it!
