6 puppies were born today

Belle and Chief had 6 puppies this morning, beginning in the early hours. Our final litter for 2010 as well as Belle’s final litter before she retires. And once again, she has produced outstanding puppies.Mom and puppies are all well.
Here is the birth order and their names:
- Liberty’s Nestucca (Tuck), named after the Nestucca River, a cury mismark boy
- Liberty’s Wilson, named after the Wilson River, a red boy
- Liberty’s Sandy, named after the Sandy River, a creme mismark girl
- Liberty’s Tilly, named after the Tillamook River, a golden apricot girl
- Liberty’s Willamette (Willy) named after the Willamette River, a creme mismark boy
- Liberty’s McKenzie, named after the McKenzie River, a red girl

Jeff gets to name this litter, so he has decided on an “Oregon Rivers Theme” for Belle’s final litter names. The names we feel are much more personal than “blue collar boy” and of course the puppies can be renamed once adopted.
